I don’t have any mail app on my watch, but I keep getting Yahoo mail notifications. My watch is vibrating every 2 minutes. How do I stop them??
There is no Mail option under settings for me to Unmirror my phone. What do I do because it’s EXTREMELY annoying!!!

Use the Get Support button at the top of this page and ask Apple. I don't know why you'd get notifications for an app which isn't selectable on your watch.
You could add your mail app to your watch, then turn off notifications there on the watch.
