Apple News magazines: Why can't I zoom-in with macOS to read them?

There are "Zoom in/out" options in the View menu. And there is a Zoom feature in System Preferences > Accessibility. Otherwise you will have to take this up with Apple.

Apple appears to have stored content differently. Some magazines have View Zoom In/Out options but others don't. In one that didn't, I was able to use Accessibility zoom. Thanks.
