iPhone camera won’t zoom out to 0.5x

I am having issues with the zoom on my iPhone 12 Pro Max camera.

It automatically opens to x2 on both video and photo and can’t be zoomed out past x1.

The three options of 0.5x 1x 2x appear momentarily when I open the app and then disappear.

Portrait is stuck on 2.5x and pano can only do 0.5x and 1x. The whole app doesn't normal work.

This problem also happened on ios 15.2.1

Phone without case and accessories.

The phone didn't fall.

The phone has not been refurbished.

The phone has never been in water or near magnets.

Hard reset didn't help!

Resetting the phone to factory settings didn't help!
