If you had the battery replaced by a non-Apple repair shop, then there is your issue. Apple doesn't sell their batteries so the repair shop put in a non-genuine battery. Take it back and make them fix it or get your money back.

If you didn't get it replaced, then take it to an Apple store and get a new battery installed.
