texting pictures

I cannot send text messages with pictures from my iPhone to contacts that do not have iPhones. I have searched and changed the SMS settings, etc., and nothing helps. My husband can send them from his iPhone to non-iPhones. Are there any other suggestions?

Did you change the MMS setting? If it is off turn it on, if that does not work contact your cell service provider.
