Hello, Apple Watch 7 seems to be getting stuck at ‘Your Apple Watch is paired”, but bottom icon is spinning and stays on this screen on iPhone?

If possible, I suggest you take it to an Apple store and let them look at it. Otherwise use the online Apple support option. Either way:
