My new Apple Watch is not going past apple basics the circle I hasn’t moved for hours ?

Just got new apple Series 6 SE 44mm! I was pairing to my phone and the circle hasn’t moved in hours ! I tried reset and hard reset nothing works, even in my app in home does not show Apple Watch. Please help !
