TV library file persistently on Desktop

TBH, this began a while ago and I ignored it because I didn't have time, so the details are a bit fuzzy. I was trying to restore the TV library to recover some downloaded movies (fail), and put the recovered library on my desktop. This was supposed to be temporary.

Now, no matter what I do, the library file and Media folder persistently relocate to my desktop. I've got no idea how to stop this and get the file back where it's supposed to be. Thanks for any help.
