Driver rd9700 macOS Monterey

Hello everyone

I'm having difficulties getting the driver for the USB adapter - Generic USB 2.0 10/100M Ethernet Adapter RD9700 QTS1081B network.

Searching the internet I saw that on the site http://www.corechip-sz.com/endownload.asp there is a version for Big Sur, but it is not available for everyone.

Has anyone managed to make this adapter work in monterey?

Thanks.

Hello there marcelofrombrasil,

We understand you're having some issues looking for drivers for this third-party accessory. In this case, your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer of this USB accessory or the vendor who sold it to you originally. They'd be in the best position to support the products they have created. Otherwise, you'd want to use an officially supported one from Apple or another certified accessory manufacturer.
