Setting a timer for background sounds to go off.

The solution I found is going into Accessibility > AirPods > Audio Accessibility Settings > Background Sounds > Turn "Stop Sounds When Locked" to ON.

Then go into the clock app and change "When Timer Ends" to "Stop Playing"

Set the time for however long you want and then when the time ends it will play no sound and lock your phone therefore stopping the background noises too!

I hope this helps :)
