Internet access

Access denied window appears when I attempt to access sites I have used for years!

Why? And how to fix this!

iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

Hi 5414J66,

I would need to know what website you are trying to get too.

The website could be blocking you, or not be able to open on your mac.

Your ISP could be blocking you or the network you are connected too.

You can try contacting your ISP and asking them but they too will need to know what websites you are trying to get too. I take it this apple website is working fine?

You could also try anther browser on your computer.

Hi 5414J66,

This could be a block from your ISP, or the network you are on. You could also be blocked from the website its self.

It would be hard to find out what one is blocking you. And even more not knowing what websites you are having problems with.

Thanks, but you're talking to an old fart who's computing knowledge and skills is limited to reading mail, ordering stuff and using my ancient mac as a word processor! So I would need more specific help and guidence!
