ive had an app on my iphone called "xcode previews" for about 3 weeks now, and I cant remove it. I've tied everything, including factory reseting but no matter what I try it is always there. Every time my phone restarts it is back on my home screen even after I add it back to my app library. Please help me remove it from my phone as I didnt install it and i dont know how it got there.

If you have Screen Time enabled, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and change Deleting Apps to Allow.
Then try deleting the app again.

After reviewing your post, it seems like there is an app on the iPhone that will reappear after it is deleted.
Is the iPhone enrolled in Mobile Device Management by a company or school?
Are Parental controls enabled on the iPhone?
Install a configuration profile on your iPhone or iPad
"Bear in mind that some built-in Apple apps can't be deleted from your device so you may not see the option to delete an app. Here’s a list of built-in Apple apps that you can delete from your device. If you can't delete an app that's not made by Apple, disable parental controls, then try deleting the app again."

my phone is not enrolled in any MDM and the app just recently appeared after I opened it from the shortcuts app with the open app function. I can’t delete the app but I move it to the App Library and after a restart it re appears. I need help in deleting and completely removing the app from my iPhone. Here is how the app looks:

Let’s be clear about “new”. Did you buy it new directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller? Or from some other source? That sounds like a demo or developer’s phone.

Also I think you misunderstood me. I can’t delete the app, I can only move it to my App Library and after a restart it re appears on my Home Screen. This is so frustrating uggghhhh!!!!!!!
