third party app account linked with Apple tv

Hi, I think I might have signed in Paramount plus with Apple tv app

and is there any way to delete the account?

The Paramount plus app did not show the record of my id and I even asked Apple support and

if I signed up through Apple tv, I need to delete Apple account...

(also I don't even own any Apple tv devices)
