Can I leave a family music plan but keep all the music that I downloaded on that plan? The reason why I am asking is because I am on someone’s family plan but want to get on my own plan, and don’t wanna lose all the music that I have downloaded on that plan.

Just be sure you get an individual subscription BEFORE you leave family sharing. If the two subscriptions slightly overlap and you use the same Apple ID, then your music library should be retained.

So then all my downloaded music will stay. If I get my own separate Apple Music? I would be using my same Apple ID.
