Saying open on App Store but it’s a grey icon

I deleted an app the minute my phone died I went back on to my phone and it was there but it was a grey icon and you couldn’t go into it I tried deleting it but it still says open on apps store

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Deleted App Hello Guys I hope everyone is well I have an Problem in my Iphone because recently i deleted one app from my Iphone but inside the setting app shows without logo but when i go to settings and general and then iphone storage there is nothing but when i want to download that same app on apps store it shows to open not to download. Deleted app not fully deleting One specific app constantly reappears as a grey-ed out block when I reset the phone. I can't open it or do anything. When I delete it from there again, it is 'gone', but still shows up in a search and in the settings menu, although I can't open it. If I go to the app store to download it again, it shows the 'open' button, but nothing happens when you press it. So it isn't there, but it is, and I can't delete it fully, nor re-download. I have hard reset several times.
