iPhone 12 Pro screen keeps going totally grey

my I phone 12 pro screen keeps going totally grey. I have done the volume up volume down power fix a few times but it is no longer responding. Any ideas?

Get an appointment at an Apple store for an evaluation. It sounds like your touchscreen is failing.
