Mac Pro1.1 Flashing power light, red light flashes on ram

Recently I had the issue with power light flashing and the red light on the ram board inside the Mac. I read that you should check for dust and move the ram modules to different slots.  I did this and everything worked fine, this happened again and it all worked out.

But right now, I have the same issue, after testing different pairs together and changing the ram/8 modules around to different slots, nothing is working and the same problem persists.

When I start up, there is a one red flash from all the slots on the two ram boards.

Should I buy 2 ram modules to test it again? I can’t believe all the ram modules are dead? Or is it something more severe?

When all the ram modules where installed, the red lights turned on for about a second just after power on, and then turned off for all module slots. They didn’t remain on afterwards, I guess that this means the modules have passed the test and they are ok, could this be an issue if e.g. dust? But if they all passed how comes the power light still flashes?

As I mentioned above, it’s working ok now, what I’m going to do is either try and increase the ram inside as it’s quite low right now, or wait until this issue happens again.
