printing
When I'm in google I'm not able to print emails. It says the printer is not installed correctly but it allows me to print other documents in other formats. Any suggestions?

Please do the following in this order:
·Uninstall all printer software (Canon, Epson, HP etc..) put in the Trash and empty the Trash.
·Please reset the printing system per Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem
·Next, follow the instructions in Adding a printer
