Are you sure this was actually from iTunes/Apple? I’v seen a lot of emails that look like they’re from Apple but they’re actually scams and the email even provides a link for you to login to your Apple ID. I really recommend checking with your bank to see if money was actually deducted from your account. This could be a scam trying to steal your iCloud credentials.
