MBP Mail.App problems

MBP 2021/M1, Montery 12.2.1

1) Did the Mail.app Preferences -> Viewing option "[_] Load Images ...." removed?

2) Where do I report a bug? When Enabling Junk Mail Filtering, the popup window to "Move" "Don't Move" remains stuck. Can not escape it, close it, Option to "Don't Move" is disabled. Clicking "Move" does nothing. Stuck.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.2
