All MFA push notifications have suddenly stopped working.

All MFA push notifications have suddenly stopped working. This is affecting Okta, Duo, MS Authenticator and Authy. Notifications are turned on. I have reset network settings and privacy/location settings. I have updated the apps and iOS.

Most of the time if I open the app I can accept the push. I cannot register my device with MFA by scanning the bar code anymore.

Change notification settings on iPhone with the steps here.

Are you mentioning Two-factor authentication for Apple ID?
