Im from Argentina and Apple doesn't give me the option to order and pay with an Argentinian credit card on the website, so I was wondering if i can go to an AppleStore and buy a MacBookPro with a Spanish keyboard in person or if the only way to get one is via ordering.

Apple doesn’t ship outside of the country or region where the Mac is sold, nor accept payment from outside that same country or region, nor seemingly usually ship to trans-shippers within the country or region.
Lots of stuff disappears in international shipments too, based on postings here and elsewhere.

I’m assuming you’re in the US right now.
You’ll want to ask Apple about the availability of Latin American Spanish keyboards in the Apple Stores in your area.
Build the Mac with the configuration and the keyboard, and then see if it’s available for pickup near you.
If you’re in Argentina, you should be able to acquire what you want from the Apple Argentina website; not sure why that’s not working for you here.

As I’m from the states, I don’t know. You can change the region and language.
I presume you are talking about the stickers on the keys and the answer is no, you can change what the keys themselves mean in settings and that is exactly what every non us based apple user does.
