FaceTime: Suggested contact won't disappear

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 15.3.1 - When I make a new FaceTime - it always shows just one contact under suggested. When I delete that contact the suggestion disappears but when I add the contact back it reappears unless I don't save the name. I have Siri turned off for Learn from this app, show app in search, show on home screen, and suggest app (all the options under Siri & Search). I have turned FaceTime off and on. I have turned the phone off and on. The suggestion does not show up on other Apple devices. I have Siri turned off for all the apps/programs on the device. My contacts for the iphone are from my google contacts. Any advice? Thank you.

hi there RHampN,

We understand you're seeing a suggested contact for FaceTime on your iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Checking the Siri options for FaceTime was a great step!

You mentioned the issue is resolved with the contact deleted, and returns when adding it back to your Google contacts.

If you add the contact to iCloud Contacts, do you notice the same behavior?

Here's how: Add and use contact information on iPhone

Cheers!
