I cannot log into Apple TV account on my samsung smart TV. I can access other streaming services and my internet connection is fine.

Anyone have a problem logging into Apple TV on a samsung smart tv? I was able to just last week, now videos wont play. I cannot connect on air play to my tv either. All other streaming services are fine. Apple TV app on my iPad/phone are fine. Internet connection is strong, speed is good. I have reset the app, reinstalled the app, and reset the TV. Nothing worked.

Thanks for that info. You've taken some great steps up to this point. One more thing you might want to try is to turn the TV off, unplug it from the wall for about 30 seconds or so, and then plugging it back in. After that, power everything back on like normal and see if the Apple TV app sees and can use the network built into your TV. If not, it might be best to Get Support from Apple directly here moving forward.

It's good news that the account is working elsewhere, meaning that the account itself is in good standing. What specifically happens when you try using the Apple TV app? Do you get a spinning icon or an error? If so, what does it say specifically? Have you made any changes to your network, such as adding a VPN or changed the network security which could potentially block a port needed by the app and feature?


The more info you provide, the better equipped the community will be to help.
