Windows 10 PC cannot find my iPhone 13, displayed as MTP USB DEVICE

Hi i've been trying to export some photos off my Iphone and have been unable to do so due to my device having driver error.

What i have tried is a combination of the following:

  1. My Firewall has been turned off.
  2. phone reset
  3. computer reset

4. iTunes Uninstalled & reinstalled as well as updated

I also switched these settings on the phone and repeated the previous tasks:

5.Disabled iCloud

6.Turned my transfer settings to KEEP ORGINALS instead of Automatic

the current things i can see that line up with what other users with working devices see are within the drivers tab. i can see the Universal Serial Bus Devices, apple mobile composite device and apple mobile device. I also see my Iphone listed as a MTP USB DEVICE .

the things i cant see or even find using the pathways given are the USB Serial Bus Controller, this is accessed by a specific pathway that just gives me the error "Cannot find the pathway".

How can i access my Iphone if i've tried all this??
