Payment method declined and Pending purchase

I purchased an in-game currency in MIR4 and upon buying it through Gcash, I did not receive the item in-game. I checked my payment history it still says "Pending" but the money has already been deducted in my Gcash account. Moreover, I checked my payment method and it says that my payment method is not accepted even though I purchased on the same game last year and it was successful. I requested a refund but I'm worried because it is still marked as "Pending" and I may not get my money back.
