I got charged for something I do not remember buying.

I recently added funds to GCash in order to purchase in-game cash. When I accepted the transaction, it indicated the amount was insufficient and that I needed to alter my payment method. I received an email stating that I had paid the fee, but I have yet to get any in-game currency. I did all I was meant to do in this case, but it didn't show me 'buying' anything today, April 10,2022. My last transaction, according to my records, was on March 25, 2022. I had a pending transaction a few weeks ago since my money wasn't 'adequate,' so I used CodaShop, a reputable third-party buyer.My payment was successful, and I was able to purchase, however it left a pending payment on my history. I checked that game after getting charged today and didn't receive any form of currency either? I received no currency on both games of any sort. Apple has not sent me an email, message, and my purchase history has yet to show what I paid for. However, my payment for Apple services was successful on GCash as it sent me a notif on the app.
