Pending Purchase

Hello. I recently made a purchase from Genshin Impact, the Welkin Moon. costing P249. The transaction was successful and it reflected in-game. However, my Gcash account still hasn’t paid yet and the P249 is not yet deducted jn my account. I checked my Apple account purchases as well, and the transaction says it is still pending. What should I do?

Payment method declined and Pending purchase I purchased an in-game currency in MIR4 and upon buying it through Gcash, I did not receive the item in-game. I checked my payment history it still says "Pending" but the money has already been deducted in my Gcash account. Moreover, I checked my payment method and it says that my payment method is not accepted even though I purchased on the same game last year and it was successful. Pending Purchase Guys I need your help! I’ve actually purchased something in the App called woozworld and I’ve used my Gcash account to purchase it and after purchasing it the amount of the thing I’ve purchased on app has been deducted to my Gcash account already but on the app store It is still on pending and I still dont received the thing that I had purchased on the app? What am I going to do?

Hi MamiW,

Generally, a payment that shows Pending is still in progress, but it could also be a result of an issue with the payment method on file. Has it finished processing since you posted here?
