A payment I made using GCash is still pending

Hi!

I recently purchased in-game bundles in Genshin Impact using GCash which pushed through and was successfully received in-game, but it hasn’t been deducted properly in GCash and said that I have insufficient funds. So, I increased my GCash funds.

My question is, the payment in Apple services is pending and I can’t redo the transaction as it could double the payment. When it says pending, will it automatically try to deduct the amount from my GCash again?

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. I contacted Apple support regarding this issue and according to them, if the payment pushed through but no amount was deducted from your account (that you used to pay with), the process is most likely to be pending. Just have to wait 😊

You can use Gcash as your payment method, based on Payment methods you can use with your Apple ID
