I cant register my gcash as payment method. I always get stock in the last part of registering where it is said successful and will be redirected to the merchant website and i will recive a txt message if it successfully link. It is just loading very long that is why im canceling it

You need to contact Apple Support directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix. If need be, perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep to show this to them firsthand, form your perspective.
