Unable to add Gcash as payment method

Hi guys! I came up with a solution:

1. Delete the gcash app
2. Go to payments (settings)
3. Then try linking it (Gcash) again

That's all. Hope this works on your apple devices as well! Btw, don't forget to download the gcash app again after you have successfully linked your payment method

try deleting every globe app. Even globeone. Even though the linking between gcash and applepay was not completely successful, it will still reflect on your payment methods once you exit your settings and going back at payments section again. I suggest you remove it and try linking it again. but this time, the globe apps are deleted.

Make sure the payment method that you tried to add it to your account is supported to use it as a payment method for Apple ID

I also have the same problem with my gcash. It's been taking too long to finish the final step and it's making me frustrated. Tried restarting my phone cause I thought it was a problem on my end but the same thing happened when i tried it again.

huhuhu it's still not working for me, I tried for about 2 weeks already but it still says that iTunes can't process the purchase.. I don't know what to do please help me

i also have this problem, even my gcash mastercard is not working as a payment method on the app store

Yes, GCash was a supported payment method. I was using it on my previous device (iPhone 11), but I also encountered the same problem on iPhone 14 exactly as what was mentioned on this thread.
