Add the Safari bookmark to the home screen.
Following screenshot is from iPad, but the sequence, icons, and the control is the same on iPhone
You write a web browser, or you write an app using WebView, or maybe Cordoba or such.
But if you have to ask this question, you’re probably going to find it vastly easier to add a link to your home screen, or add a favorite in Safari, or such.

T4YM ~ Apple's Shortcuts app can provide a very basic app-like experience to access your blog. For example, you could create a custom shortcut which displays a menu of blog pages to be opened in Safari.
