Is my Macbook M1 Max faulty? Processor speed showing 3.13Ghz NOT 3.2Ghz

I've been using my machine for a few days and noticed its a bit more sluggish than i would have expected. So i was curious what the specs of MY machine were.

I am running Geekbench 5 and it reports my system as having processor :-

Apple M1 Max @ 3.13Ghz

Are there any other cpu tools i can check to validate this number?

I feel like i got a binned low end M1 chip if it can't reach 3.2Ghz.

This is quite dissapointing for such an expensive laptop.

HELP.
