sync iPhone with Mac without cables

I need to sync existing Mac and iPhone without cables. Deleting emails will only delete on one device.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.1

You can turn on WiFi sync, but you must be connected with a cable to enable it initially.

Note that syncing will NOT sync the contents of your email accounts. If you want changes to be reflected on both your Mac and iPhone when you read, delete, or file email, make sure the account is set up either as IMAP or Exchange on all of your mail clients.

POP3 does NOT support synchronization of the mail store across multiple clients.
