iCloud heeft geprobeerd maandelijks bedrag af te boeken maar dat is niet gelukt ivm geen saldo. Ik heb nu saldo bijgeboekt maar hoe nu verder. Halen jullie automatisch bedrag weer vanaf? Of moet ik wat doen? Gr mourad

icloud mijn vrouw heeft iphone 11 maar haar mobiel zeg elke keer dat de icloud vol staat maar we hebben zitten kijken en er is meer dan genoeg ruimte nog over ik heb mijn mobiel naast die van haar gelegd we hebben alles vergeleken maar we komen niet verder wat er nu verkeerd staat wie zou ons uit de brand kunnen helpen hiermee

iCloud has tried to debit the monthly amount, but that has not been successful due to no balance.

I have now added balance, but what now?
