my new mac will not recognise USB - any advice
iMac 24″, macOS 12.2
Are you plugging them directly into the back of the Mac or using a hub? If you are using a hub, please don't. Also, are the USB devices USB C or USB A or B??
A simple thing to try, which on occasions works, is to take the USB-C plug out and to turn it over.
That makes no sense at all, please let me know the phone number you called. I strongly suspect you either did not call AppleCare ( AppleCare Contact Info ) . Did you buy the computer from Apple directly or from a reseller?
I am plugging into the back of my MAC - I contacted apple support and was informed by s dis-interested person there was nothing that I could do - the USB was no long compatible with my new Mac
