Why is Apple Music still charging me $10 for an individual plan when i switched to a family plan a few months ago?

Charged too much for updated subscription? I just upgraded from an individual Apple Music subscription to the family plan. It says only $5 more a month. I've already been charged for my individual plan this month, and when I upgraded it charged me $9. Why is that?
