Cannot connect to app store and itunes store on iphone 5?? what should i do??

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. Here's what to do if you see a "Cannot connect" message:


1. Check Apple’s System Status page to see if there’s an outage for a service in your country or region.

2. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet.

3. Update to the latest version of iOS

4. On your iPhone, open the Settings app. Tap General, then tap Date & Time and make sure that is set correctly.
