No, if the phone is disabled the only option is to erase the phone. If your iPhone has iOS 15.2 or later installed, check out this link→How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support. Otherwise:

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup and resync your iCloud data.

When you don’t know the screen lock passcode or the device has become disabled, the requirement to erase the device to reset it is built into iOS and iPadOS. It is a security feature of the operating system to ensure that nobody can change, alter or bypass a device screen lock passcode and gain access to it with the data intact.


Erasing the device is the one and the only way to reset a forgotten screen lock passcode.


As mentioned, as long as you then have an up to date iCloud or iTunes backup to restore, data loss should not be an issue.
