If I pay for 2TB of storage, how is the storage on my phone full? I guess I just don't understand how to fix it to where everything I do/save/keep save directly to iCloud. I need help to fix it. My phone keeps freezing and it's not working correctly.

I have an iPhone 11 - 64GB device, I pay for 2TB of storage every month but somehow the storage on my phone is full. I want to know how to be able to fix it. I don't want to constantly run into this problem. This is the 3rd or 4th time in the last 3 days lol please halp meeeeeeeee.

The storage you pay for is iCloud storage. It is on an Apple server and has nothing to do with your iPhone's physical storage capacity.

The iPhone's storage capacity can never be changed. It is an actual chip in the iPhone and will always have the storage space it had when it was brought.

If you need more space on your iPhone, then you either delete content from the iPhone, or buy a new iPhone with more storage.

I understand the difference between the device storage. The main thing I don't understand how to do or even if it's an option of pushing app info over to the cloud or not. I have tons of pictures and truly don't understand why my pictures aren't completely on iCloud. I've set it up to where my photos back up to the cloud but I can't get it through to me, I guess, as to why I can't back up my apps or all of my photos aren't backing up to iCloud as well.
