All such messages are scams presented by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

We have att as our internet provider for our I pad. How can we get updates as we don’t have WiFi.
You will need to find someplace that has WiFi such as a coffee shop or library. Or, if you have a mobile phone, use the personal hotspot feature.
