They won’t connect they say “not your airpods” and when I press connect it wants me to hold the button on the back until it turns white but it wont turn white!!! Please help me FIX MY AIRPODS!!

Do you have more than one set of the same model of AirPods? If so, check to ensure the earbuds are properly paired with their original set.
Also, check to make sure your iPhone is up to date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Once your iPhone is updated, try pairing your AirPods again: Connect your AirPods and AirPods Pro to your iPhone
