I know that you can’t turn it off. But come on Apple. Please make it go away. I’ve used Apple products since 1990 and love just about everything. But every-so-often something so infuriating is added or deleted and it needs to be fixed. This is one of those times!

Please describe, specifically, what is causing difficulties in context of multitasking. Unless you describe your problem or issues in adequate detail, it is impossible to provide appropriate advice.
With the benefit of more information, contributors may be able to offer insight and guidance beyond that found in official documentation and support articles. Many who seek help from the Community, who are having difficulties with multitasking, are surprised to learn that many perceived issues have solutions…
Yes I did use the feedback feature also. And yes, I do have a specific issue, it’s called multitasking. And yes, I know that at this time the user cannot turn it off. But I am also hopeful that the powers that be at Apple will those of us who want to be able to disable it will hear us. Thanks

There is a + symbol to open a new window, but there is no x or - symbol to close a window. I have lots of icons at the bottom when I open Safari. I want to get rid of them.
