Ive looked everywhere but i can't seem to find how to delete some of my recently played music that appears on apple music 'on my iphone' ? Ive tried holding down on a tune, but it still doesnt give an option to delete it from recently played list??

It's not possible.
I don't why. The only way other people can see what you've recently played is if you hand over your phone. You can always leave feedback with Apple Product Feedback - Apple
Why not? This is lame. I won't be renewing my subscription in that case. I like to have the discrepancy to play what ever i want without friends or fanily seeing what ive recently played!
It looks like they have listened to me, there is now a clear recent search history!!
