Garageband Loops

Hi,

can I use GarageBand loops to make music in a Twitch live stream?

Also, is it legal to export a song made by my instruments and GarageBand Loops and give it for free?

Using royalty-free loops in GarageBand with commercial work - Apple Support

You can use the Apple loops for any purpose except re-packaging them as loops to sell or give away.
