Manage your 1Password subscription says:

To cancel an active subscription, click Billing in the sidebar [on the right of the window],
Click Billing Settings [a button in the middle of the screen].
Click Unsubscribe.

Your canceled subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then your account will be frozen. You can start your subscription again at any time.
