I cancelled an online order which I fully paid but Apple store says I paid nothing and I lost money

I cancelled an online order in Russian Apple store Online (due to geopolitical problems) which I fully paid but Apple store says I paid nothing, didn't return any money. I request a return of money.

We are all other users here and do not work for Apple, so we have no access to accounts or anything else.


Normally, Apple does not charge your card until they ship the merchandise, if something shows up in your account, it is a test to make sure the card is good only. So, check with your bank first: if they say they paid, ask them for a copy and then contact Apple. Otherwise, nothing has been paid.
