My iPhone freezes and restarts by itself

My phone ran out of battery and when i try to put my password in its freezes and restarts and the same thing happens again and again

You can follow this procedure to restore and install iOS software on your iPhone but make sure first that you backup all of your data so you can restore it, here is the procedure
