If I move Photos Library of my 21" I Mac to My WD Passport for Mac 2TB External drive can it also be the library on my Mac mini that I also use? I want all photos on the ssd not on the computers hard drives.

Launch Photos on it with the Option key held down, click on Other Library, and choose it.

What you have shown me is just half of the problem I am trying to address. Now I have the photos library from my 21" I Mac on the ssd how do I make that ssd/photos library be the photos library on my Mac mini?
