My orders got cancelled without any notification

I’ve been trying to place an order for IPhone 13 Pro. I’ve tried 5 times to place an order already. Every time the transaction does went through and said processing. After couple of days, it got cancelled without any notification nor email when I check ny order status again.


I called three times to Apple support. The first time I called was right after my 2nd time trying to place an order. The staff said the system said there is problem with the financial institutions and my information cannot be verified. I called my bank and there is nothing wrong with my account. I also saw Apple hold the funds from my account. I also checked the shipping address and billing address, it all matches.


After I make sure there is nothing wrong with my bank account I tried to place order again. Then it failed AGAIN. The second time I called is after my 4th order got cancelled. This time they said there is nothing they can do with a cancelled order and ask me to purchase in store or place an order again and before it got cancelled then call back. I did that and when the 5th order is still processing I called back. This time the staff said it said it went through and right now is processing, there is nothing she can do…. Guess what, the 5th order got cancelled right after I called the representative. The previous orders I had It usually stuck at processing for 2-3 days.


I am really frustrated with this situation, I’ve been a loyal customer since somewhere around 2008. It such a hassle to try to order online. I have a busy schedule as a pmu artist, I usually from 10-8pm 7 days a week. Which means I have no time to get to the mall near me. I cannot purchase through a store. The Apple Support team need to improve how they handle the orders.


I’m writing this post is because I would like to know is there anyone have the same situation as me.
